SDN, NFV & Cloud Computing Fundamentals
Learn about SDN, NFV & Cloud Fundamentals from Instructors with Real World Expertise.
A 2 day beginner course introducing Software Defined Networking, Network Function Virtualisation, Cloud Computing and the relation of these technologies together.
Overview:
Software Defined Networking (SDN), Network Function Virtualisation (NFV) and Cloud Computing are the future of Networking. With the advent of SDN, NVF and Cloud Computing, new ways of designing, building and operating networks have emerged. This course is designed to introduce these technologies to the audience. Firstly, it covers SDN concepts, architecture and framework. Then SDN interfaces (both northbound and southbound) will be introduced, with further explanation on the predominant southbound interface; OpenFlow and its structure. Secondly, this course covers virtualization, NFV concept and how NFV works with SDN. Finally, students can acquire knowledge about Cloud Computing technology and its architecture and the relation of these three technologies together.
Target Audience:
All, technical and non-technical roles who crave to achieve solid understanding about new technologies
